Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before downloading or using Template (Epic) cloner for JIRA (“Application”). By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Vilisoft Sp. z o.o. and it governs your use of the Application made available to you by Vilisoft Sp. z o.o.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
Updates
Vilisoft may regularly update the application with new features, bug fixes etc.
Compatibility
Application is compatible with any Atlassian Apps versions supported by Atlassian. It means that Vilisoft is not obligated to keep compatibility with JIRA versions that have reached out End of Life. Atlassian End of Live Policy is available under the link.
Support
Only the last version of the Application is supported.
Vilisoft provides support within working days (Mon – Fri) between 9:00 AM and 18:00 PM CET.
Any support request can be sent to jira.support@vilisoft.com.
Support includes:

Answering questions about Application and related JIRA set up,

bug fixing,
-
access to documentation.
Privace Policy
Vilisoft Sp. z o.o. collects information when you buy an application from the Marketplace or when you generate a trial license.
Then, Atlassian provides Vilisoft Sp. z o.o. with your technical contact details, namely a name, a surname, an e-mail address and the company name of a unit purchasing Vilisoft application or generating a trial licence from the Atlassian Marketplace.
Vilisoft Sp. z o.o. may use these contact details to distribute educational materials, to enquire about the existing products and solutions, as well as to ask for the suggestions related to future features. In addition, Vilisoft Sp. z o.o. will send you marketing or promotional materials and will share information that could be of your interest.
You can resign from aforementioned subscription any time by sending email request to jira.support@vilisoft.com.
Vilisoft Sp. z o.o. collects any information and requests sent via email as well as the answers.
Vilisoft Sp. z o.o. doesn’t process or collect any data from Vilisoft app installed on your server instance.
Vilisoft Sp. z o.o. will not sell or share your data with any third parties unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use our apps or do not interact with any other aspects of our business.
